set alongside a historic 19th-century home. Created as a space for pause and presence, it offers clean lines, open floor areas, and soft natural light throughout the day.
The studio supports individual work, small-format sessions, and creative use,
including photo and video production.
Just steps from the water, it provides a steady backdrop for
work that invites restoration, focus, and renewal.
